Beginning February 1, 2012, Junors offers free delivery from the Shops at Don Mills location to its current Bayview Village customers with $30 (pretax) orders or more. Don't miss this opportunity and ensure your name and contact information are included in Junors database or join the Junors Rewards Program to start accumulating points.
Damage Claims:
Claims must be made within 3 days of receipt of delivery by emailing customerservice@junors.com. We will reply with the Return Authorization Number once approved.
Goods must be returned in original packaging and include a copy of the original receipt obtained online. No goods will be accepted without a Return Authorization Number marked on the package.
Return Policy
If you are not satisfied with the products you ordered, email customerservice@junors.com within 30 days of receipt of delivery. We will reply with the Return Authorization Number once approved.
For unused products in their original packaging, a credit will be issued (minus shipping and handling) towards your Junors account. For products that have damaged or missing packaging, a credit will be issued minus 20% restocking fee (minus shipping and handling) towards your Junors account.
You are responsible for the cost of shipping for a returned item. No goods will be accepted used. Goods must be returned in original packaging and include a copy of the original receipt obtained online. No goods will be accepted without a Return Authorization Number marked on the package. Special orders, clearance items, consumables, and gift cards are all final sale.
